Hell they have mained Ayaka and got her skin and play every day but they use 2pc Blizzard and 2pc Wanderers. They win like 3/4s of their 50/50s and often they come early and they have every standard banner character at c0 apart from a c1 Diluc, and they have 2 wolf gravestones, a jade cutter, Aquila favonia and jade winged spear all from standard banner pulls and doesn't actually use any of them... It just infuriates me because I want these characters so much and they have so many 4 star characters with good cons and they do literally nothing with them all

Let me put it this way. They probably haven't added artifact presets after more than two years because they want people to swipe for more resin and just farm a whole new set for additional chars rather than shifting one good set around. If they aren't willing to do that tiny, little QoL change, then I highly doubt they will do something that aids in any sort of RNG.

They have presets in Honkai. It isn't as if they don't understand the value of them or how they are a QoL thing. The difference is that gear in Honkai is tailor made for characters. Artifact sets apply to numerous characters, especially a set like Emblem.
