Choosing one or the other can drastically alter what it prioritizes and what artifacts it selects as a result

Had the same thing happen with Ganyu. It kept telling me to do this moronic 80 CR / 120 CD setup with 400 EM because it had higher average damage over time
Meanwhile, selecting the "more damage in a single hit" option had it recommending a 75 CR / 215 CD setup with 250 EM because each attack hit harder (albeit less frequently)

Values here are basically just placeholder based on what I remember, but it was pretty similar and completely lackluster

i dont really see the difference if youre running the same route as someone else at the same time as the video youre watching

its not like i sit there and make the whole video play i skip through a lot of it as i go

i understand the more simplistic appeal of a map but a) all the interactive maps ive used are messy and buggy to use and b) if i get confused on where something is i have to look at a video anyway

granted ive not used a map in quite a while so maybe the issues i were having are fixed but ive always found videos to be easier to follow along

Not sure which maps you've used, but official one is pretty fine (plus iirc it has gifs for some harder to find chests), and the one I use even has an in-game overlay

Back in the day yeah, it wasn't too great, but while I don't use it myself, I do know it works pretty well nowadays

the problems i had with it were some of the chests, especially the inazuma ones, didnt have the gifs when they definitely should have, and clicking around was definitely not a smooth process, though that may have just been my old pc

does the map have a cave layer to it?

cause i know that was another annoying thing with inazuma, it didnt show whether a chest was above or underground

Yeah, cave layer was recently added (though the one I used has had it for a while)

Chests also have a marker if it's underground

Honestly I just go for the luxurious and precious chests using guides and comb each area with elementalsight/treasure compass and most of the time I'm missing like less than 10 chests in each area, wasting hours to check every single chest for like 10 primos in the end just isn't for me, I'd rather run 3 elite mob runs and get guaranteed 600k mora, 480k char exp and 200k artifact exp over 3 days with the same time investment

Well, I'd bet most people that truly 100% regions aren't doing it for the primos, myself included xD
