Soft goals:

• 1200 ATK
• 200+ EM
• 200+ ER
• 1:2 ratio for CR:CD, minimum 60 CR

Still need to:

• Level her up to at least 80/90 for her EM and ATK increase
• 90/90 the Skyward Spine
• Crown her E and Q
• Potentially find any better CD circlet with another roll into CR and no "wasted" rolls into anything other than ER or EM
