after ganyu they tried to make balanced chars but kinda underestimated EM so ganyu melt and hutao became really broken
the inazuma chars r also rushed and not very well balanced, but here they started to realize they can make money by giving chars broken C2s
after chasm (and the very unbalanced yelan) they started to tone back on the balancing
and all chars beyond that has not been very strong aside from nahida

and even nahida is only reasonably strong

and its not nahida thats broken its the actual dendro subreactions themselves
