Most reaction teams don't need insane ER because on one hand, they tend to generate a bunch of particles, on another, many (not all, ofc) don't depend much on bursts and most of the chars that do already are built (or should be built) around that and lastly, most are best around a bunch of mobs rather than one boss or high HP mob, so they get a lot of death particles already.

Mostly it's 1 boss and like 2-4 elite mobs on the other side for the final stage
