For AR 44, she's fine. Just avoid investing resin into artifacts until you're 45 so you always get five star drops from domains. It makes the gearing process significantly easier because it eliminates one of the many, many layers of artifact RNG.

She isn't a meta character, but you can clear literally any content in this game with any character with good enough gear. If you like her, go nuts.
