Bit late, but Bennett isn't really worth it, it's a big investment for around 30 flat ATK increase on his buff. Heizou depends, as he's more focused on anemo damage than swirl, but if you're doing EM Heizou (Sucrose is just better), then yeah.

I finished language/poetry, I'm at least 2/3 on Tales of Winter, I finished the dumb as crap Tsarvitch jerk daily, I finished the husband giving his wife a present, I finished the new mona one after it decided to give her quest almost 4 days in a row

I switched to Liyue at one point for like a month, I don't think I actually managed to get any achievments, I got all the quests where you listen to a guy and his stories but I don't think it even gave it to me, the pirate kids I don't remember getting an achievement for it, and that's it
