Bit late but really can't recommend. Venti dps is more viable than Kazuha (Venti built with ATK (or EM) sands, anemo goblet and crit circlet is an actual possible build for him, though a triple EM build will usually be higher damage. Kazuha, on the other hand, might have a similar personal damage on a dps build, but you completely lose his team wide buff (damage bonus).
