I just fiiiiiinally got 9 stars on that last night, i've been at 8 for both last season and this. I somehow got to AR 56 having never really built Xl or practiced any of the inter/national teams.

Rational team (c0 raiden/c5 xingqiu/c5 bennett/c5 Xl) absolutely wrecks the first half electro shield in super short time, giving me enough time for Ganyu to charge shot the hydro shields in the second half
