Getting into technical stuff, can u hack the game? Yes, probably, but significantly harder for games that exchange information with servers, such as RPGs like genshin. All the 'hacks' claiming u get primogems are fake. Because it's nearly impossible to bypass the server check. Unless it's just changing the number at your side.
What is more likely to be possible? Mods, stuff like skin change, map reveal, route planner, 3D hit box reveal.. etc
As these are usually done on your side of game.
