I'd say overall no, unless you really enjoy her. Later in the game, people barely ever use traveller. Plus, in general, it's not worth it to level up characters past level 80, unless they scale off of EM (Venti, Kazuha, Sucrose) or are damage units that scale off of DEF (Itto, Noelle, Albedo) or HP (Hu Tao, Zhongli if you want him to deal as much damage as possible on his burst).
