Eh, I think it's fine with EoSF, though yeah, it'd depend. ATK sands could be better. I think I still run ER sand with sac sword, but then again, my sac sword is R1.

sf doesnt make er actually worth running, it just makes the er you have to run less dead for your damage output

even for raiden, who gains atk% (with EL), damage bonus, and more utility with ER is barely worth stacking ER on (especially after just an er timepiece), with atk% still being better if you want to max damage in most cases

Afaik, EL on Raiden does make running more ER better, but that's only with EL (not like you'd only build ER though anyways). Any other weapon is a different story, for example, with The Catch, ATK sands is better. But again, you need 100% uptime on Xingqiu and in my experience, with an R1 sac sword that procs half the time, ER sands is better for me (and he actually has more damage than I expected).
