lets say youve double crowned xiao, his talents are 10/9/10, and youre thinking about crowning his e
by spending that million mora, tons of books and mats and the crown itself, you gain a grand total of 0.45% damage

like 10/9/10 does 99.55% of the damage that a 10/10/10 xiao does

assuming c0 and like 13 plunges
