the big benefit for using sucrose is that you could try to swirl pyro, but the unfortunate part is that hutao is unable to swirl that pyro
so for that team, the recommended 3rd slot is thoma or xinyan, as they have shields that can also give pyro for sucrose to swirl

if you cant get the pyro swirl, its likely that a double geo hutao team does better

sara is probably better than kaeya though, she does huge damage and her burst buffs too, so you can sara q into raiden q for the full buffs

they level up with the same amount of weapon crystals as theyre both 4*, so if you want a sub dps zhongli then your options would be geo based burst (with fav lance or deathmatch) or physical NA (crescent pike), but the latter takes a lot of field time and generally is not viable without lots of sub dps like c6 fischl and xingqiu

so basically, i recommend neither blacksmith polearm for zhongli unless you want to run on-field carry phys zhong
