they have a few speedrun WR clears but that is due to very specific hp threshholds

Single target my Ningguang deals about 500k dmg per burst rotation with her 2 casts of jade screen, and the charged attack with 9 gems after the burst, considering her Burst cost is 40 and 12s cooldown that's pretty good for a non reaction 4 star dps
