Not sure what you mean here, but you are guaranteed to get a 5* (50% for it to be the banner one, 50% for it to be any of the 5 standard characters, if it's the first 5* you get or the last one you got was a banner one, assuming we're talking about the event character banner) on 90 pity, but you'll usually get the 5* between 74 and around 84 pity. Very rarely you'll go over 84.
