so i'd start out by optimizing xiangling, since she is p much the strongest unit on your account

as for inputting all your artis, the auto scanners turn that from a multi-hour process to 1-2 minute thing

eula raiden is a weird combo imo, with constellations its one of the most powerful in the game, but when both c0, you end up spending a lot more time going through everyone's skills, to the total dps might actually be lower

so if youre struggling, it might be better to put them on different teams

also shenhe doesnt help eula like, at all
she shreds 15% cryo but eula already gets 60-80% phys shred from other sources
