Nuke zhongli is one of my favorite characters for my Raiden burst Spam team along with Ningguang and Bennet used it for all 3 challenges to get easy 8k

Ningguang and zhongli both output about 300k dmg per burst cycle and C6 Raiden reduces the the 12s cooldown for their burst to 7s which is exactly the duration of her electro infusion
