A bit late, but higher damage teams do replace Diona with either Kaeya or Rosaria (probs Shenhe later on), as you don't really need healing and shielding in a perma-freeze team, and it does net higher damage. But most people (myself included, for now at least) run Diona instead because it's comfier.

Yeah, afaik. Doubt it wouldn't since Mihoyo seems to always give leeway in regards to collectible stuff that unlocks rewards (see the oculus, the fact that you only need around 70-80% of the stuff in the map to get a region to 100%, etc)

I think what people overlook is that the game wasn't intended to be this successful. That is why a lot of the stuff are planned to just be within Mondstadt originally. However, eventually it grew and they added Liyue, etc.
So the same goes with Bennett, he was intended to be C6 originally. But with the expansion of chars, play style, composition, suddenly his C6 isn't that relevant anymore.
