Idk how well Barbara heals, but hydro resonance helped my sh*tty team get some results in abyss by boosting heals and keeping people alive, so it'll give better heals
And I added a healing emphasis because honestly I've got by a huge part of the game with kokomi keeping me alive
And yes she can over heal, but she can also bring you from deathbed to good as new in seconds

after having played both i have concluded that Aloy is somehow even worse than Amber

aloy needs stacks from her skill, but it also has a long ass cooldown

her E has a long ass cooldown and is a THROWN skill with AUTO"AIM" so it just gets thrown into the air across an entire domain then you have to wait 20 seconds to try again

her ult also takes like a full second to actually deal damage, so things like rifthounds, mirror maidens, etc just... teleport away

at least amber is a dot so there's a chance the enemy walks back into it, but with aloy is a one-and-done hit

and amber's skill, while relatively useless, is at least a taunt, whereas aloy's bombs just lay around

and the cooldown between gaining stacks makes running anemo to gather her bombs together useless too
