Anyways, the cause of your concern is due to this comment. I don't think it is so much a security issue, but more of a "workload for servers" issue. But I hypothesise, of course.
To explain in an overly simplified manner.

When you run a wish history request (e.g. open your wish history tab in game), it pings the MHY servers once. This is the same when you run paimon.moe for it to collect your wish history. It does the same (ping MHY servers once).
This becomes a problem to MHY because you don't visit your wish history as often as compared to the frequency in which people attempt to update their paimon.moe records. This also means it is additional workload (ping requests) on the server when people keep attempting to pull their wish history (it is easy to refresh on a browser compared to going in game). Note that paimon.moe is not the only website doing this.
Therefore, by attempting to get rid of this option for external sites to ping the MHY servers, they essentially reduce the bandwidth that the server needs to maintain.
On a side note, it might actually also be a possible security issue since it is an authkey which may perhaps been linked to other sensitive stuff like personal info. Therefore, knowing that they can't eliminate the use of authkey entirely, the use of 2 sets of authkeys for diff things does ensure better security. Though this whole security part has nothing to do with paimon.moe at all.

it depends on your substats mainly:

if your ayaka has at least 25% CR without any buffs (Cryo reso + 4BS adds 55%) you don't need any more CR for sure
but generally speaking, getting one over the other doesn't change too much
the next significant upgrade would literally be her Best-in-Slot; everything else is negligible

< Mora Runs >
These are runs that kill elite mobs and do not require any resin. This is different from leylines where you spend resin to get mora. Though you can never get enough mora, being able to use your resin for other stuff (or even more leylines) will go a long way.
< Types >
Elite mobs are split into 3 categories:
200 / 400 /600 (basically based off how much mora they drop)
So mora routes follow them as well:

< Note >
- You can only kill 400 elites per day, after which you reach what we call a cap. You won't get any more drops or XP or mora from elites. But it resets when server resets.
- However, you will probably need 8-10x 600s or 3x anomaly to cap (so this means you need to go to other worlds).
- Just spam in official discord that you want to do a mora run and people will flock to you. If you aren't sure of the route, just say you need a guide.

- The investigate locations take 24 hours to reset.

Okay disclaimer I don't know much about Qiqi, don't have and so don't use too haha.
From understanding the issue with Qiqi is that she needs to be on field to heal. Since the game skews alot into DPS, the problem is that a healer on field means a significant DPS loss.

Like no matter how busy I am, even if I can't cap elites, I make it a point to farm about 90k worth for my runs (with my friends) daily. Plus do my artifact runs. I have about 32 mil atm, and I think one of my friends has hit 40 mil.
