there is no official statement. you could ask CS, as other people have (https://www.reddit.com/r/GenshinImpact/comments/1osf4bs/comment/nnyi6f1/), and the answer so far is that they don't support it and they tell you to read the game's recommended requirements. aka, play at your own risk. you could get away with playing it, as a lot of people do, but if you get banned (which the possibility of it is not 0%), they won't help you.

It still works, I just used it, but you're right that the instructions on Paimon moe's website are outdated.

The cache folders change every version. The most recent cache folder (as of version 6.3) is 2.46.0.0. And what you need to search with CTRL + F is now e20190909gacha-v3. The rest of the instructions are still working. Try it, it should work.

keep in mind those instructions are outdated. the cache folder changes every version, so the current one is 2.46.0.0 and the search should be for e20190909gacha-v3. that's what i've been using this entire version and have had no problems.

make sure you followed all the other instructions correctly. or as the error message says, try again later, it could be an issue on hoyoverse's side, in which case, there's nothing any of us can do except wait.

yeah the link expires after 24 hours. you gotta generate it again by opening up the wish history in game every time you're gonna export the wish history. the most recent generated link should be the last one found in the search results, that's why the instructions say (in step 10 of the manual way) to select direction "Up" when searching. so if the search shows 8 results for example, you have to copy the result that says 8/8, that's the most recent link and the one that will work
