Arlecchino no matter what if you charge the bonds to 100% you have 25 hits

IF you have Yelan C4 and/or ate food to increase max HP AFTER you already got 100% bonds you are going to hit something like 22-23 hits

in the math your bond value is equal to your max hp while you are getting it and it has to be lower than 30% of your MAX HP to lose the buff
if you have your bonds at 100% before your increase of HP you lose some hits
not that it really matters because if you are using yelan C4 you are doing a lot more damage already

A crit hat and better feather and flower is gonna boost that

For flowers and feathers, always have both crit damage and crit rate in their substats. Anything else is worthless (for a dps)

Basically yeah. You'll only see an artifacts true worth at level 16, but before that, at level 4 if it doesn't have both crit dmg and crit rate in the sub stats. It's not really that worth it

Other piece are too nuanced and depends more on the character
