once you consider the CD reduction from hitting the enemies the CD is 16-18s at worse if you dont have her burst

check your start menu

many things you can right click uninstall

they are garbage even if they are not that big

if you uninstall them all you may even get some speed for your laptop

even "get started" may be uninstallable
