||yes she is stronger than hu tao C1 and she doesn't lose HP, she can't heal with support characters so idk how she is going to play with Furina.. You can heal at any point with Arlecchino but you lose your "stacks" for her pyro infusion||

Kazuha will work with almost all teams and is easier to build because you only need EM and all the other stats are whatever if you can get at least 140% er that would be great, and you can get one of the best swords for him from the forge
Neuv most people are going to use him with whatever 4 star catalyst you have and bad stats because that domain sucks if you didnt pull for furina too and you can't dump the artifacts in the alchemy table for another chance so goodbye to your resin, if you have the whole team for him and need hydro, sure pull for him but if you don't have furina or at least zhongli its a pass
