usually people use that term to refer to how much crit dmg and crit rate is on an artifact
to make things simple: say you got 10.4% crit rate and 20.1% crit dmg on an artifact... that would mean it has 40.9% crit value
to calculate this you just multiply the crit rate by 2 and add it to the crit dmg
so 20.1% + (10.4% * 2) = 20.1% + 20.8% = 40.9%

akasha has a growing list of preset teams as leaderboards where u can see how ur build would compare to other peoples in those specific teams

its technicaly possible to use optimizer on mobile but it sounds so annoying lol
