That's a broad question. Steel Ball Run (JoJo's part 7) is fantasy and a masterpiece, but the number and the feeling that you should read 6 parts before can be dreading.
Tokio Ghoul is also fantasy (Kagune is just magic with any other name, if you saw the explanation far into the series) but it might not be the type of fantasy you're looking for
