having zhongli or kokomi is basically irrelevant to the decision

since neither use zhongli and ayaka only sometimes uses kokomi

unless you were saying something else:

in hyperbloom, her only real merit over, say, kuki, is that she has more range
her faster proc rate effectively makes no difference in the number of effective cores that do damage. And since she only does that, youre missing a healer / need another slot to be a healer
her hypercarry comps are piss poor compared to other real dps units unless you invest 3-4 gold in her alone, in which ONLY her hypercarry comps actually benefit
