I was able to get the import working. It said to import manually go to the genshin cache folder and find a specific file. I deleted the entire genshin cache folder and reloaded the game. Then when I went to import it no longer gave the another account issue and worked. So happy it’s working as I have saved my info for almost 3 years.

50+ is god tier. 40+ is great. 30+ is very good. 20+ can be good (assuming we're not talking about CR and CD at very low levels) Anything under 20 CV (assuming it actually -has- a crit stat) is only good for character that don't need much or any crit. This can however be more or less valuable depending upon the other stats and how they affect your character.

Hey- wondering if a friend and I can get some help for smth;
I'm WL8, friend is WL1/about to hit WL2.
Neither of us have anything in our quest lists that should prevent me joining him.
When I'm on my ps4 he shows up on my psn friends section of the genshin friends list BUT he doesn't show up on the regular genshin friends list- however, I show up on his friends list regardless of if I'm on the ps4 or on my phone (android).
When I'm on my phone, he shows in all available friends lists and I can join and participate in his world as usual.
My friend plays on pc, however I haven't had an issue with crossplay between playstation and pc before so I'm unsure what to do.
He tried unfriending me and then sending a friend request when he was on his pc and i'm on the ps4, but it doesn't show up. Additionally, when I search up his UID in-game, it says "cannot view information"
I realise this isn't related to the wish counter but at this point I've pretty much exhausted all my sources and avenues and y'all seem really knowledgable about the game 🙏
