They're about the same in paper, but Kazuha has better CC overall and, most importantly, it's much easier to swirl a specific element to buff the element you want, than infusing Sucrose's burst with a specific element.

They shine in different scenarios tbh

Sucrose is better when you want EM (though C2 Kazuha is basically equal), Kazuha is better in any other scenario

so a couple of reruns later i decided to just go get that c2 because I like this burst support build most but it kinda needs c2
