the only really viable scanner on phone is probably artiscan

where you record a video of yourself clicking through every artifact in inventory and then upload it

it does not sound easy to use tbh

im on pc so i just run an auto scanner

It's not just that. Lynette's Ousia hit has a much smaller hitbox than Traveler's Pneuma hit, and Traveler can aim his better, even hitting multiple enemies at once if they're lined up. Neuv puts them both to shame with a massive circular AoE Pneuma hit, and Lyney's is another circular AoE, but smaller.
Wriothesley is Ousia and probably has a hit similar to Neuv's, but his is tied to his burst

Furina's Arkhe hits are probably going to be like Lyney's, so that's a bit of an improvement over Lynette
