Feels like they might be cooking up an atk scaling claymore who wants to play with both Xingqiu and Bennett to get both effects. If you actually can trigger both and are atk scaling, this weapon is a pretty excellent Stat stick, having 565 atk, 18.4% CR, 16% atk, and 12% elemental Dmg bonus, each of which can double with refinements over time. Not the best or anything abundantly unique, but definitely a good option I'd say
