Hell, for decades they weren't even transferring them to another country in the States. They would do an internal investigation and then move the priest to a new parish, sometimes in the same area. There was some report that got leaked a couple years ago about all of the priests caught exploiting kids and they would just shuffle them around after they got complaints. By the time the report was leaked, most of them were dead from old age though.
My dad was raised Catholic and even knew of a couple of the priests. Luckily it wasn't his priest or one of the brothers who taught him in high school, but definitely ones from other parishes. It's just blatant corruption.

I'd go for more hydro over dendro Res or ZL, though ig the focus is on Yae aggravating over hyperbloom because she's not a good trigger for hb to begin with (and would have to sacrifice damage for EM for max hb damage). I'd go with ZL for the easy dendro and electro res shred.

I was lucky overall at the beginning, first char aside from Amber was that Mona, and next 4*s aside from that Ningg were Bennett on standard (followed by a Lion's Roar which was useful almost immediately as I got Keqing from Klee's first rerun, I joined when that bannner was up, and after Lion's Roar got Jean very early), and C1 Sucrose and C1 Fischl in limited.
