there is no limit to emblem's damage bonus. but usually you just hit the ER that u need and invest the rest of the stats into crit or hp%(for yelan)
with xingqiu i am quite comfortable at 151% ER. i am not sure what ut would be without, i imagine something like 200%. try it out for yourself
