When you get a character, you get it with C0. After that, you are getting it's constellation because you cant get the same character two times. You get the constelations only. C0 means you got the character once. Without constellations. And from now you cand get the constellation. That means, if you get like bennet 3 times, he will be c2. The first time you got the character itself. The next two times tou Got it's constellation

Either way, I've always felt QOL, at least in videogames, tends to be used to refer to small things that aren't that important but a small change can make it much better to use

Like, "now you can use X key to do Y thing", it's a typical QOL update xD

Artifact RNG is 'fine' to a certain extent. How hard it is weighted against beneficial stats and the variance in roll values are my main problems with it. HSR is weighted even further against good stats, which is a big step in the wrong direction.
