Sure it's possible, I just found it strange compared to other banners with similar numbers, none had anywhere near the discrepancy.
You mentioned a small sample size, but technically you could say it works in the opposite direction as well.
Even if the sample size is small, if the data points are truly randomly picked, a small sample will mirror a large sample for quite a while until it gets too small.
You can see this fact by checking nahida's first banner VS, well, pretty much any banner outside of the current and last. You'll see they are quite similar.
