Then after you win the 75/25, there is a 50% chance you get the weapon you actually want.

The character can basically stack a ton of ATK off-field and gets some elemental damage.

Xiangling would only benefit from the ATK% you stack on-field. Her Q wouldn't gain anything from the off-field ATK% Calamity gives.
