Shimenawa farming gives you much more resin efficiency, since you're dual-farming for it and EoSF at the same time.
You're going to be in that domain in perpetuity for Yelan, Xiangling, Xingqiu, Raiden, and/or Mona so you might as well use that time to get Shimenawa pieces as well.
Shimenawa is also (marginally) the higher-damage set compared to CW.

actually it looks like if you're able to use wireshark to sniff the GET request, then you'll just copy the request from wireshark straight into paimon.moe.
