Her burst is mid because it basically can't be vaped entirely because it doesn't work with Yelan/Xingqiu. Forget all the mitigation stuff because dedicated shielders will always do it better and she won't be able to mitigate Abyss levels of damage. Her kit was either written by an intern or some AI at HYV.||

It depends on the team you run them in, and honestly artifacts are the last thing to worry about. Character, talent and weapon level come first, and they’re muuuuch easier to work on.

Artifacts are the base grounds to make any unit viable, it is hardly recommended to focus on so many things at one.

As you for upgrading your units need boss materials, books, (weapons if added to the mix) , wp mats, talent books and generally speaking a shit ton of mora.

For the benefit you mostly refocus till you got your good artifacts

Anything else is just a resin waste until that specific unit is viable enough

Yeah, i honestly prefarm artifacts

and then the mats if its a artifact set i can farm

No bother wasting my talents books, xp books, boss mats, etc, etc. on a possibility of not getting a unit or not making the unit viable

I tend to agree, a decent artifact set (not optimized, just 'good enough') can make even an under-leveled character useful. It is definitely easier to level up a character and if you're WL8 you should probably have a few weapons ready to use, but having a set of solid artifacts will have the most effect out of anything you can do to the character. Optimizing is definitely one of the last things you do, but putting a useable set on them should be step #1.

Say there's this Alhaitham's banner as event wish 1 and Xiao's banner as event wish 2, if I build pity on Alhaitham's banner, and another event banner comes out and I wish on event wish 2...would my pity be counted or it only works in the same kind of event banner?
