As for Hu Tao, it depends if you like her playstyle. She's strong, but only if you play her right.
Only weapon banner I'd pull on right now is Homa/Aqua because both are so universal, but the weapon banner is a wish vampire.
TLDR; Don't need to worry about Nahida, pull for Hu Tao if you like her playstyle and need a carry, and I'd avoid the weapon until you get most of the chars you want.
