Honestly if they just added a resin storage thing like they have in Honkai, I'd be happy. That way you don't have to worry about losing resin if you don't log on every 21 hours or whatever it is.

It was intentional. It is for player retention.

It is an end-game progression hamster wheel.

There are solutions that would benefit the player, but in turn they affect HYV's bottom line. If they give out more resin, that means less whales will spend on resin refreshes. If they make artifacts easier to get, then people will gear their characters faster and not have as much of a reason to log on.

Weapon banner just becomes you pick two of the three weapons to roll on and then you chart course on one of them. Not a huge problem to solve. They have banners in Honkai where you get to pick the entire drop pool every once and awhile, so I don't see the big deal.

wow this is really good, i can quickly see which characters i can farm. one thing though, in character builds -> artifact stats, im not sure why the order of the sands/goblet/circlet has been changed. it makes sense to have sands first as that is how it is ingame assuming one reads from left to right. also im not sure if its possible but the artifact icons for those boxes could be changed to a more recognisable artifact such as gladiator's, as i didnt recognise what was what straight away.

Ganyu is my main but I barely play her outside of Abyss at this point. I just got burnt out and have other characters I enjoy playing.

It's difficult to main anything in this game once you get to a certain point. When you're a lower AR, odds are you don't have a ton of characters to choose from, so it's easy to just focus on a few.

But you play for a bit and get a whole bunch, you want to gear many of them because you either enjoy them or they're good.

I initially found Xiao smoother because you could focus on him. Now I find him clunky because nothing works for him precisely because he takes so much on-field

I like Xiao, but I don't think I'd ever pull him. His team comps are just so limited and his playstyle is repetitive. Ganyu isn't exactly exhilarating if you play melt, but freeze is all about the quick swaps, so it's a bit different.
