both are universal damage oriented stat sticks so there are factors you can consider when considering which one you want
- which sword gets featured first and
- whether the sword is featured with another weapon that you would like to have or would have a use for
though i do have to say if you get pjc, then having too much cr is an issue for freeze ayaka
that being said, if you're already clearing abyss 36 star then no need for a 5 star sword
