Ok, here's the secret to faruzans stats
You sort by ER on your substats and you basically cherry pick whatever has the highest ER for her.

Ideally you want Fav bow, 4p VV, with ER/Anemo(Em)/ crit rate for faruzan. But truthfully you want 250+ ER for faruzan so what ends up happening is that you just sort by ER and give her whatever has the highest ER

I'm not sure how much easier Faruzans ER requirements are at c4, maybe 250-270 is good enough?

Thoma, I guess can be Hp/Hp/Hp with fav Lance
Or ER/Hp/Hp if you can't burst every rotation

You'll want a bit of crit rate on him too
