Well my issue with nilou is that she just takes a regular, self sufficient bloom comp and increases the dmg and efficiency. she is basically what you use on-field between rotations, she doesn't have any personal damage. Most of the bloom cores come from other characters like koko, it's only a small part of the damage the one that nilou actually does

Especially since she isn't build for crit so her hydro dmg sucks too

She's a glorified support, idk why we dont call her that instead
