How to build venti as dps, my venti now is with 4 vv with everything elementary mastery and anemo dmg as I don't have elemental mastery artifact for that

In general yea, EM makes swirls do more damage, and in a scenario where you have more than 2 enemies in a burst you'll do more damage with high em then you could just with atk stat and crits

Position yourself to where the Burst will succ everyone into it, and before you burst press E right before Q so you pick up the particles when the burst ends so you get extra energy

That's pretty much it, just E > Q > wait like a second so you pick the particles up, then switch characters

Raven can technically work because it give EM, Favonius helps with Energy, and if you manage to crit that's extra energy, Stringles can help as well because you can press e twice on occasion,

Venti is decently friendly because really the only thing he needs is EM which you can get well enough of that from Artifacts, so if you just give him a Favonius (which doesn't everyone get one for free? I don't remember) and have it leveled up for the ER stat and you should be fine until you get a stringless or just general upgrades

There's also the Fading Twilight event bow that could also work, it's not in that list

I would be interested to know why non-English countries prefer this differently, from my perspective decimal as a period makes way more sense. In English the comma is used as a pause and the period is used as a full stop, so having the decimal be represented by a period while the thousands be represented by a comma is logical, the comma is not stopping the number, it's simply providing a reference pause. Whereas the period is full stop, past this point is only fractions of a number. If non-English countries use the symbols for different meanings than it could also make sense, in those languages.

Personally it feels like they tried to do a very generic bard style, and by generic I mean like the kind of bard you'd expect to see at a Ren faire. Which is fine, but Venti is supposed to be a noteworthy bard, not just some random street show. At least by his own mention, of course if he was not then why would he be invited to play? That said what probably happened is more of the disparity between voice acting and character, if the voice actor they had chosen isn't any good at singing, they'd either have to hire someone else for the song, or accept whatever talent the voice actor has for the part. I still think they could have managed a much less... painful reading even for a voice actor of limited talent. Assuming that is in fact the problem. However since it's supposed to be a German/Swiss type area, they could also have done a polka which is nice because it doesn't usually require much effort in the lyrics. Just gotta fit the words into the oom pa pa beat. 😛

I know they are capable of good music, so I'm quite disappointed when they went to the trouble of actually singing the lyrics. Maybe it sounds better in Chinese. shrug

If you mean with Nilou, you can't pair anything that isn't dendro or hydro with her. If you don't mean with Nilou, Dehya is rumoured to be designed around burning.

yeah for the record i'm not talking about trying to pair nilou and deyha because of nilou's special blooms. ||I hadn't heard about the burning thing. I just meant deyha being similarly forced into a specifc team/role, like how they did with nilou. I wonder if the burning thing means she'll have special burning that puts back the 1.5U in pre-3.0 burning, but excludes cryo or hydro teammates for lulz||

C0 she is pretty much only good for mono cryo quickswap teams, it's fun to use her with Cryo rosaria, chongyun, Jean

Especially chongyun E+Q is exactly 5 hits to unload her stacks and even without reaction his burst hits for like 120k

in terms of scaling, his healing is based off HP, his party buff is based off of base attack (pretty much the only thing that effects this is the base atk that is shown on weapon, everything else doesn't effect this, so level 90 Favonius is 454)
