Bennett is pretty good, yeah, but nowadays there are several support that are better in some teams than him (Sara, Yun Jin, Gorou) and you don't even want him in other teams (Tao, freeze, taser)
Xingqiu isn't a support, he's a sub dps
Who is, unlike Bennett and Sucrose, meant to do damage. You can use him as an enabler with very little investment, but he's meant to do damage. (You can do some damage on Bennett, but that requires way more investment than what is necessary to make him work fully as buffer).

Exactly, she's pretty good on single target and can be fine on multi target is her damage is high enough tbh lmao, just not as effective as other units. For instance, I breeze on multi target content with Ayato (which is another not-so-popular unit), but he struggles more on single target.
