3. kinda flex? as long as it doesn't mess with dendro aura, so Bennett (won't buff even half of Cyno's burst afaik, specially since he'll probably have the be the first one in the rotation, but not sure about that) should be decent but not recommended; better options seem to be a second dendro, ZL or even a second anemo like Jean (this last bit not really recommended either ig)

Is this weapon good for anyone besides Cyno, I was considering xiangling but as she snapshots the buffs for her burst she probably won't be able to get 3 stacks most of the time
