What f2p weapon should I build for ganyu, prototype crescent or hamayumi?
I am on 5 star character banner pity guarantee, and the counter is at 48. I was originally planning to save it for Venti. That being said I regret not pulling the hunter's bow. My weapon banner has around 30 pulls, with no guarantee, although I have kokomi so either weapon is an upgrade. Is the Amos bow worth pulling or should I try for c2 ganyu, or should I just save my primos?

I'd just save tbh. The doughnut isn't really worth it, even if you have Koko, and both Proto and Hamayumi are fine for Ganyu. Hamayumi has some issues with 4p SR so unless you know what you're doing, it's not recommended to play both together. Plus Hamayumi isn't great on freeze because she'll barely ever be at 100%, as she should be bursting off CD.

I really don't know what I'm doing, so I was thinking of building the most noob friendly version of it. I'm not sure if I'll ever hit weak spots in spiral. That being said I guess I'll build proto and continue farming for for good 4p SR pieces.

They do generate just enough energy for her to get 15 energy back when I rotate back to her, as I open with her E

you can build her as a lot of things. freeze ganyu needs a pretty tight roster (mona or koko are more or less required, one of venti/kazuha/sucrose too). melt ganyu hits the big numbers when built right, but also requires a beeeefy shield and means no bennett on your other abyss half
you can also just use her as burst support or quickswap reverse melt

keep the national(xq/yelan for kazuha) for the 2nd half, you'll get at most 60-70 secs to kill the mashroom chimken and raiden national is the perfect fit for that.
Keep kazuha for the first half, with him idk get a aggravate or freeze team maybe? Taser also works.
I cleared the first half with tighnari aggravate(zhongli,yae,kazuha,tighnari) and finished it like before 8:05.
Then went to 2nd half with my Raiden National with Yelan and finished the chimken in 40 secs.
