i would argue that kokomi is currently a higher pull value because so many 3.0 teams need healing and need consistent off-field hydro application.
ganyu, by contrast, while she can fill niches as burst support or w/e, her most meta teams require the best supports in the game - either diona + venti + (mona or kokomi) - or zhongli + bennett + (kazuha or xiangling). So as much as i love ganyu, she's not the best or most independent DPS
