We have Iron Sting, Amenoma and the new sword which all can be used for several characters (Iron Sting for Kazuha, some say Nilou, and you can slap it on Kuki but I wouldn't recommend crafting it for her, we also have Dark Iron Sword which is free xD; Amenoma for Ayaka, Kaeya, Jean, even Ayato; and the new one is new 4* BiS for Bennett iirc, and I imagine others can use it too)

You shouldn't be using burst on melt Ganyu since it steals melts, and skill is only useful to set up swirl on some rotations (aka with Kazuha instead of XL, aiming to maximise VV uptime).

Other than that, Hamayumi or Proto instead of Stringless 100% (Hamayumi can't be used on 4p SR), EM sands > ATK sands but substats can change that. You still want at least 2k ATK and 200 EM on melt Ganyu. Buffless (no ZL shield, Bennett, nothing), only melted, I'm hitting around 60k on bloom on average, but varies on the enemy. 120k+ on full rotation.

I'm on 4p WT and Amos' though.
